How did I come across this amazing app, which is perfect for booking specialist doctor appointments, ambulances, home doctor visits, and more?
For an initial health check, I always rely on Dr. Rosa at the Euroclinica in Javea. She’s my go-to doctor, and she truly is exceptional. 🇪🇸🙂👍
For specialist appointments, I typically go to San Carlos Hospital. However, getting an appointment there has always been a bit challenging. In the past, I’ve had no luck over the phone and always had to drive to the hospital to make an appointment. It’s been a few years since my last visit, so I decided to give it another try, as the doctors there have always been very good. This time, Dr. Rosa suggested I try using WhatsApp to schedule an appointment, so I gave it a go. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as smoothly as I’d hoped. I was told they didn’t have the requested specialist at the hospital (though I know they do 😅), but after some back-and-forth, they confirmed they do—and the next available appointment would be in February! At that point, I decided to explore other options.
That’s when a friend recommended an app called HCB Paciente. It was a game-changer! Within minutes, I managed to book an appointment for today—yes, TODAY—at the Centro Medico HCB Moraira. What a relief!
🏥 The entire experience was incredible. Booking an appointment through the app took only minutes, including entering my registration details! Then, at the clinic, from the receptionist to the doctor and nurse, the care was exceptional, and everything was done with a smile. It truly felt like a breath of fresh air compared to the usual hospital experience.
